Review Policy

We monitor customer reviews to help ensure they reflect genuine customer experiences with My Butchers Block. Reviews may be checked against order and customer information to verify authenticity. Duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, incentivised, abusive or spam reviews, as well as content unrelated to the relevant product or customer experience, may be rejected or removed. Legitimate reviews are not removed simply because they are negative or critical. Our aim is to maintain a transparent and trustworthy review system that fairly represents our customers' experiences.
